558.78 Bacitracin zinc. Specifications: Type A medicated articles: 10, 25, 40, and 50 grams per pound. The quantities of antibiotics are expressed in terms of the equivalent amount of antibiotic standard. Conditions of use: Chickens (growing) Amount: 4 to 50 grams per ton of feed. Indications: For increased rate of weight gain and improved feed efficiency. Limitations: For growing chickens Turkeys (growing) Amount: 4 to 50 grams per ton of feed. Indications: For increased rate of weight gain and improved feed efficiency. Limitations: For growing turkeys Pheasants (growing) Amount: 4 to 50 grams per ton of feed. Indications: For increased rate of weight gain and improved feed efficiency. Limitations: For growing pheasants. Quail (growing) Amount: 5 to 20 grams per ton of feed.
