522.2200 Sulfachlorpyridazine. Specifications: No specifications are included in the CFR for this product. Conditions of use: Cattle Amount: 30 to 45 milligrams per pound of body weight per day for injection intravenously. Indications: Treatment of diarrhea caused or complicated by E. coli (colibacillosis). Limitations: Administer as the sodium salt of sulfachlorpyridazine intravenously in aqueous solution for 1 to 5 days in divided doses twice daily. A withdrawal period has not been established for this product in pre-ruminating calves. Do not use in calves to be processed for veal. |
